A range of new developments to enhance the accuracy and quality of agrochemical applications will be featured by KUHN at the National Sprayer Demonstration Day in Lincolnshire on 26th February.

Technology demonstrated on the Metris 2 trailed sprayer will include the company’s new Autospray facility. This precision application system uses smart nozzle technology to allow spraying over a range of operating speeds simply by setting droplet size and dose.

Also featured at the event on KUHN’s Metris 2 machine will be the new Boom Assist Extreme function. This electronic boom management system works in conjunction with other technologies on the sprayer to optimise spraying height and maximise accuracy of applications.

The Metris 2 trailed sprayer was awarded Machine of the Year at the SIMA Show in 2019.

The National Sprayer Demonstration Day takes place at a site adjacent to Glebe Farm, Belchford, Horncastle, Lincs, LN9 6LS by kind permission of AW Smith and Sons Limited. Gates open at 8am and the event closes at 4pm. Further information is available at
